Can someone help me with my motor noise

I have a 1988 ford f150 4x4 with a 5.0 motor just recently I
started hearing a noise in the top front passenger side of
the motor it sounds like grinding and rattling theres no
smoke no loss of power but cant find where its coming
from all pullys and water pump everything is working  any
idea what it could be

Take the belt(s) off and briefly start the engine. If the noise is still there it is a problem with the engine, if the noise is gone it is something the belt drives.

you may notice one of the pulleys has a wobble , that may be the problem
