1987 Ford F-150 cranks but won't start

I have a 1987 Ford F-150 straight-6 that cranks but won't turn over. It comes
close. I've replaced the battery, starter; solenoid; fuel pump relay; fuel filter; and
fuel inertia switch. What should I do next?

Next? Get a mechanic to fix it and stop throwing parts at it.
