Currently using stock C6 behind a 351W. Is there an AOD that will bolt up
without alterations?

The C6 is a heavy duty trans to handle the truck with a 351W. If you bolted up the AOD, make sure you only doing some cruising and highway driving. I would think about having the AOD reworked and rebuilt to handle the added HP and TQ. You would also need a new ECM, maybe a driveshaft. Do some more research.
