84 f150 motor seems locked up. It was popped into reverse while on highway. It died and now wont turn over starter cant turn flywheel

Jack up the rear of the vehicle, wheels off the ground. Place in gear and see if you can burn the rear wheels. If you cannot, the tranny is probably locked up. If you can, remove the plugs from the cylinders and see if you can turn the engine over via a socket and wrench on the crank shaft.
