how or where do i find the switch for the dual gas tank on my 1981 f150 ford

The fuel control assembly should be somewhere on the frame, just follow the fuel lines to it.

It’s normally located on the dash below headlight switch but anyone could have moved it to literally anywhere in the last 38 years. Like poster said before follow the electric wires going from tank to cab it will lead to the switch
