My 87 e150 the break light won't turn on unless I push the pedal all the way down . It wasn't as bad at first please help

You need to adjust or replace the brake light switch.

So there is the switch by the booster what about the one above the pedal that comes out when I push pedal

Just a guess but is probably the switch on the master cylinder.
