is there a way you can "chat" with someone about my car

I  just listed my car to sell.  I am upset with car guru ring of my car.  It was
rated as "HIGH" when other cars, same year, model , etc.... with a "fair" rating.  
My car has lower miles.  How can I go about getting my car  looked at again.  i
also want to list my phone #

No one looks at your car to give the rating. The price rating is strictly a computer that compares your asking price to other similar cars asking prices.
