bogs on launch at race track

my car will run 13 flat in the 1/4 mi but it will bog on the launch which hurts my
60ft  top end is good 103mph i try leaving at diff rpm no change  i do have a 91
octane tune

A higher stall speed torque converter might fix that. I am guessing the bog is turbo lag.
