This is telling you that your trunk is open (deck lid). Check to make sure it is closed all the way. If it is, you may have a bad ajar switch inside the trunk latch or a wiring problem between the trunk and the dash where the body control module is. It could also be the body control module itself, but its unlikely.

Was driving my 2006 Dodge Stratus in town then it just lost all power and won't start no lights dash lights won't come on nothing.acts like a dead battery but when you open the doors you can still hear chime there's no power getting to anything anywhere. What could that possibly be?
