how does a car get a Great Value Rating?

How does a car get a Great Value Rating?  I am looking at a car right now that
has a Fair Value, so I am trying to calculate what % more off the car would have
to be priced at in order to get the Great Value Rating....

The value is based on prices of other like cars on this site. It is a ballpark number, and you would be wasting your time calculating it. If one car sells or is added, the number and or deal rating changes. It also is different between a private seller or dealer car.
