How do I change the lights in the dash, such as for my speedometer? Also would like to know how to change the lights in steering wheel for radio controls????

The cluster has about 8 small bulbs behind it once you remove it .The steering wheel I dont know for sure but I would say you remove the plastic trim to get to the bulbs. google your make and model and steering wheel bulbs and you might find that picture.
