2010 f150 super crew platinum rear door ajar

Rear left door ajar light stays on.
I have replaced the latch twice a new one and
the wiring harness once with a new one

Remove the door ajar latch/switch. Use a multi-meter set to continuity and manually operate the spring loaded switch. If you show continuity when the switch is closed, then the switch is operating properly. Check for voltage at the wire connecting to the switch. If no voltage, begin checking backward.
