my 2004 ford mustang has been run in over a year and now it doesn't get any gas.is this something to do with it's computer?

check relay in trunk remove panel by taillight should be black with red button then see if starts

In a year, the fuel could be bad, the pump gone out, or just gummed up the works.

If the gas tank was not full when you parked it you probably have water condensation in the gas tank. HTH. -Jim
