Still could be the battery. Get a jump from another vehicle or a jumper pack. Let the battery charge up (turn off any extra things like radio, lights ect) while running. Take it to an Autozone they can load test the battery for free. Do not buy one from them though. Walmart and Autozone have the worst cheapest batteries I've ever seen.

Does your description mean the engine cranks but wont start? Or does it mean the engine wont crank over.? If you have a cranking engine, check your spark to verify at the plug, the wire, the connections etc. For coil on plug you would remove and inspect, then arc to testlight for spark plug wires. The fuel pressure should be checked for pressure and volume, You should hear the pump run. Please answer to these clarifications to get a handle on your concern and be sure it is understood.

If you have a truck that lights up but wont crank the engine, then clean your battery connections first and retry. Then, if needed, charge or jumpstart as required. Get your battery and charging system tested by a real technician at a shop. get an estimate, and decide what to do.
