2007 f150 i get one click from starter solenoid when trying to start?
i have replaced the starter, the battery is good (i have even tried to jump start from my
other truck), i have cleaned the battery terminals, i get a reading of 0.000 ohms from the
negative terminal to the starter negative and anywhere on the frame i test it. ive also
tested it at every ground connection to the frame i can find. ive tested my ignition switch
and im coming up empty. please help.
Does your Ford have a solenoid bolted to the wheel well near the battery. If it does, bypass it (for a second or two only) and see if the starter spins. If it does, replace the solenoid.
When you turn the ignition key to the on position does the dash board light up as usual?
