Asked by Frank Nov 27, 2018 at 09:37 AM about the 2007 Ford F-150 XL Long Bed

I've been having issue with my truck for  awhile now where
when I would park,  I had to move my shift to neutral then
shift it to park as hard as I could in order for it to start. Also,
the gauges would flicker rapidly  then go back to normal. I
parked the the truck and now I have no power whatsoever  
and I cant even move the shift. Any advice would greatly be
appreciated
