My 2007 f-150 wont start If i jump start it it takes right off.

Still could be the battery. If the amperage is weak it could show being charged, but as soon as you apply a load (such as trying to start it) it kills it.
The presence of twelve volts at the battery does not mean it is good. The cranking amps is what starts the vehicle. Remove it and bring it to a place like Autozone. They will test it under a load.
