ok i have a 2007 ford f150 5.4l 3v v8 and i have oil coming out the exhaust right at the motor and it starts up but run shity how can u fix it

Coming out the exhaust probably means the oil is getting past the rings and into the combustion chamber. A fouled plug(s) is probably the reason the the bad operation. May be time for an engine overhaul. Pull the plugs and see if they are oil soaked.

its more likely that 1 of the exhaust manifold bolts that thread into the oil jacket has broken off allowing the oil to flow out the bolt hole passed the manifold and out. look for a manifold bolt very close to where you are seeing the oil come out. test the bolt by trying to remove it(not try to tighten it as if it isn't broken you may break it. if you can remove the bolt check to see if it is broken. if it isn't broken then its leaking because it wasn't properly tightened. let the engine totally cool down then tighten it gently and torque it to proper specs. do not just crank it down tight as it may break due to being too tight.
