3500HD Turbo Diesel does it have a transmission cooler?

2011 3500 HD with 6.6L turbo diesel and 6 speed Allison transmission.  Does it have a good transmission cooler?

no the lines usually leak and their kinda too small and that's without towing, add an aftermarket unit and correct the flawed engineering
