I just bought this 2002 cadillac seville sts, drove it home and had it sitting for a couple days. When I went to start it the battery was dead, tried getting jumped all the lights and power turned on

I checked the voltage and it read like 13.2 volts, so I thought that was Ok. I was thinking that it might of set off the theft system???

If it only clicked each time you turned the key, it's probably the starter solenoid. I don't know anything about alarms on cars... :)

Its hard to get a good connection when jumping you may need someone to watch the cables for an arc while you start it.
