Blower stuck on high

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2010 Mercury Mariner the blower is stuck on high. It does not matter if
it is heat or A/C. If you put the selector on high it works on any thing else
nothing. Is this the switch or a relay somewhere else. Thanks.

That's common when the blower motor resistor pack goes bad. The resistor pack typically sits on top of or adjacent to the blower motor. Cost is around $35 and is an easy DIY job.
