Because the computer system has detected a fault with it. Take it in to the dealer and they'll be able to read the code and tell you exactly what is wrong with it and what it will take to fix.

Why is my car showing service ESC traction power reduced I’ve had an throttle bottle replaced and I’m still having the same problems my engine have been loose power while driving can someone please tell me what could be causing this problem

It could be a sensor that is gone bad, it could be a bad connection somewhere in the wiring circuit, or it could even be a bad ESC module. You're not going to be able to solve this one by yourself. You NEED a mechanic to do this job.
