I bought a patriot and ive spent thousands on it
since,,but i can get it to stay running without the
engine iddleing and sheaking what wrong with it??

Rough running can be caused by many things. Spark plugs, wires, engine compression, computer sensor issues, etc. Unfortunately, you will have to systematically diagnose the problem. Wish I could tell you exactly what is wrong but it could be a number of things.
