Truck has reverse sign but when shifting into drive it
doesn't want to move eventually will and struggles in hear a
squeal while trying to pull forward what could this be?

are you saying you had it in 4x4 engaged?? There's not a whole of information to answer this considering you say it's a 4x4. I have the 1996 of this design and it's a pain in neck to pop it out of transfer case. BUT that's not what you are claiming in your story
No when i put it in reverse it backed up fine when i put it in drive doesn't want to pull off and starts making a squealing noise and eventually moves forward a little I had to put it in 4-wheel drive to pull it back in my driveway also the little wrench light and check engine light and the overdrive off light are on it now but the whole truck would start shaking and it would start sputtering
