Disabling a 2008 Ford F-150 Fx4 so it temporarily is undrivable

I have a 2008 Ford F-150 Fx4. I am wondering how to SIMPLY disable my
truck, so that it will not start until I re-do what I’ve un-done? This comes from a
mom with little mechanical knowledge, trying to keep her teenage kids from
using it while I am gone!
