Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Was driving 70mph on highway for 40 minutes with no issues until got off
highway and truck felt sluggish and when tried to accelerate it wouldn't go .I
lost drive and then 3rd gears !!! Got it home slowly in 2nd and in the morning
it's like nothing happened .Drove around for 10 minutes and happened again.
Should I change the filter and fluid and maybe shift solenoids?? No codes are
present either .Thanks for the help
