Automatic 1990 integra gs

Hi just wanted to ask some advice. I have an 1990 integra
gs but an automatic. I already installed the AEM short
intake, but is it worth upgrading the exhaust,  and headers
as well? Will it do more harm than good?

I have a Acura Integra gs hatchback 1990, I was wondering what the s3 and s4 are and what do they do???
