I have a 92 integra ls with 1.8 with auto, brake lights do not work, the bulbs are all good, the brake light sensor has power coming in and out, there is a panel by the shifter that clicks
check to see if you have brake sensor on brake pedal..most cars do it screws in behind brakepedal and has a wiring hrness
If the neutral safety switch was malfunctioning would it cause the brake lights to not work?
