Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 Chevy trailblazer I bought it 4 months
ago. Yesterday the accessories would not turn off
with the key out, rear passenger window would go
down by itself.... Battery light would stay on...
Radio would stay on.... Light switch would do all
kinds of stuff.... Looked at YouTube and these
forms all night and came to the conclusion that my
ignition switch was bad... Went online and ordered
on this morning at advanced auto parts... Picked it
up at 7:45am today... Took me 15 minutes to put it
in... Problem solved. Home that helps anyone with
these issues.... Yes I disconnected the battery
before changing the ignition switch. Have a great
day
