Didn't know Honda made Integra
Acura=Honda and in certain countries and years they interchange the models in order to confuse people... At least they have a sense of humor...
It is a marketing gimmick, so they could charge you more for the cars and parts.
Partially Correct. Cost for parts are about the same. Honda needed to establish a higher end automobile in the states. The U.S. is one of the few countries allow multiple brands under one manufacturer. Acura is perceived as a high end Honda, as is Lexus to Toyota, and Infinity to Nissan.
The 'Acura' Integra (and RSX name change) only exist in North America. In other parts of the world where the cars are sold, it's the Honda Integra. Matter of fact, if you look at any other part of the car besides the front and rear emblems, wheels, and steering wheel, everything else says Honda. The Honda name appears way more times than Acura on my car, lol
Yep... then there are cars like the NSX which bares both Honda and Acura versions
acura is a nicer car higher on the scale with mre options but with still having the honda qualityt
