Air conditioned cooling fans now work

I have a 2004 buick lesabre  custom. I had my ac
system  charged  and the ac lines where getting
cold but no cold air out the vents then the cooling
fans didnt come on when the was ac on. The lines
stop getting cold. The compressor  clutch is
working. All the fuses and relays are good

    took air struts off and put gas struts on figure take compresser out along with air lines and leveling valve now car will not run does it need to b hooked up to compleat a circuit
