On a 2003 Buick LeSabre lacrosse making clicking noise when air conditioner is on

Making clicking noise when air conditioner on

I have this on mine, and have seen it on others same car. I was told that it means one of the actuators is bad. Its a cheap fix, but a pain to figure out which one, and where for sure. My advice? Turn the radio up.
