What to do if my car won't start

When I try and start my 1992 Buick LeSabre it keeps turning but it sounds like  
it's not getting fuel. Could it be the fuel pump?

When you turn the key over, do you hear an electronic humming sound coming from under the car? If not, then it's your fuel pump or its relay.
