07 ford fusion front doors wont lock or unlock with the key fob have to manually
lock them and unlock them, how do i get them to work with the key fob

Did you check the battery in the key fob is working? Try some of the other functions and see if they still work.

yea they work because the back doors lock and unlock. The trunk opens with it.
