All lights flicker

Dash lights and headlights flicker I change altimeter tensioner and belt what
else could cause this?

A bad voltage regulator will do that unfortunately it's built into the alternator so you have to change the alternator.

I have this problem myself. Took it to autozone and had battery and alternator tested several times over the past few months. When driving their fine till you stop then rpms dip down and lights will flicker till you rev it again. Has been getting worse over past months and ideas?
