About to purchase a 2005 CLK Convertible (55K miles)
Asked by achagani Jul 01, 2008 at 04:29 AM about the 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class CLK 320 Cabriolet
Question type: Shopping & Pricing
Hello,
I just fell in love with a black on black CLK320...but am a bit reluctant to purchase because it has 90,000kms, or approximately 55,000 miles.
Anyone out there have some words of wisdom?
Cheers,

It is with the old engine, not very economic and low power. Go for the new alu. engine and the new 7 speed transmission. CLK 280 with 7 speed automatic : Option 231 HK CLK 350 with 7 speed automatic: Standard 272 HK My option Perfect car 90.000 km is nothing for the new V6 engine. Mine 350 have gone 45.000 and drive like a dream. You will love the car Good luck Lars Gaba France/Denmark

I just called Chris Meyers about a car online and they would not honor the price that you listed. Glad I did not make the trip as it is 100 miles from home. they would not honor the advertised price under any circumstance. Why? I would have been really upset if i would have gone to get it and found out ogtherwise. What is the deal here??. 3 answers
