I replaced the clutch slave cylinder on my 05 ram 150 and can't get the transmission in gear. Can you give me some pointers? Thanks and have a great day.
The clutch feels good, but i can't get yhe transmmion in gear. I pumped the clutch pedal
and added break fluid. How full choud the reservor be filled.
Can you get it in gear with the engine off? You should be able too.
How did the pivot pin/ballfork look, the base firmly attached?
have someone sit in there and press the clutch pedal when you holler press the clutch, bleed in the usual fashion with a piece of aquarium tubing on the bleeder into an evacuated beverage bottle, loosen the bleeder....holller...tighten the bleeder, have them pump the pedal....loosen wait...tighten...fill the reservoir to the top....yes to the top, repeat~
