Asked by Steve Jan 31, 2021 at 02:54 PM about the 2005 Dodge RAM 1500 SLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Blower fan suddenly stopped working. I've replaced the
motor and resistor, fuse checked out good....still nothing.
I'm not sure where to look next. Any help is appreciated!

Did you check voltage and ground at blower motor wiring connector. Ad you can see in diagram, top wire, blower motor, is voltage, The bottom wire, blower motor, in diagram, is ground. You can take connector loose, key on, hvac on, use both ends of test light on those two terminals, if the light comes on, you have voltage and ground good enough for test light. If the light doesn't come on, your missing either voltage or ground. I don't like the looks of this diagram, but, it's all I have. good luck
