how do you remove the battery from the 2005 dodge 1500 4x4 hemi

1 week ago today..........truck would not crank......charged battery. used it all week. today
i go to crank it and nothing. put charger on...........nothing. so i bring new  
battery(temporary of course) but the battery is on some type of cradle.......w/o a handle on
battery & it actually feels as though it is bolted to "cradle"?

Look around the base of the battery you should find a 10 mm bolt going thru a wedge shaped piece of plastic pushing against the battery. Take bolt and wedge out to remove battery. Might be hidden by the matting around the battery.

wooooo hooooo.....saw the bolt........needed confirmation that would do the trick. thank you very very much for info. back to work now. :}
