Absolutely! The extra length won't be a problem.

I would use a cut off saw to chop of the journals for the 2 extra cylinders, but likely still won't fit. I would like to nominate this question as dumb question of the month.

The 440 is a V8 and the Viper engine is a V10. Which it won't work. Just build the 440 there is plenty of aftermarket parts!
