Dodge Ram 1500 A/C

Asked by Aug 19, 2015 at 07:01 PM about the 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My A/C only blows cold air when the truck is moving. What needs to be fixed

1 Answer

Probably the fan (behind the radiator) If it gets cold when at any reasonable speed, but not otherwise, it's air-flow through the condenser. Check if the engine coolant fan comes on when you turn on A/C. Or for that matter if it comes on at all
