When the truck is on and is not runnin i push tha gas pedal and the rpms only goes to 4 rpm any ideas to take that off ? Because i want the rpms to go all the way up

It's posable your running up to the govener. That way you can not blow up the engine under warranty.

That is exactly correct. WTF would you want to rev it up under no load anyway? That is very dangerous to an engine and WHY the governor is there...and I assume when you say not running ...not moving
