The light issue is fixed it was the(TIPM) AKA known as the Fuse box under the hood. It is not a chep fix unless you can find one in a junk what happened is the plug on the bottom of the fuse box corroded and caused a shot in the curcit board inside the fuse box. If you cannot find one in a junk yard it will cost anywhere from $200 to $500 on Ebay and even more if you have to get a new one from the dealer.
