Alarm issue

When I got the truck fro. My Grandfather. O was able to
start the truck with a metle key with no Chip. I have to
repmthe ignition swith after two ml on the of owning the
truck. The key now has a chip. Three months went by with
no issue.  Two months ago I took it to the gym and home
no issue 5 minutes after parking it  the al I'm rm went off. O
have no FOB and they key to unlock the truck is mettle as
well. Now I cant start the truck at all and my HOA is about
to tow it. What's the best way to get it to start and run
again.
