Hey I have a Dodge Ram with the 4.7L in it has
about 223000km on it and every once in awhile it's
hard to start I have to push the gas down a bit and
it will fire up then . It like it running to rich or
something

I will start there but I don't think that's it . Because it is geting to much fuel n loading up
