2003 Dodge Ram 1500 brakes

03 Dodge Ram 1500 front left brake locks up.
Changed caliper and line. Got fluid to line and
one bleeding of that caliper. After the caliper
fills up with fluid it stays locked. Open the
bleed valve and let some fluid off and it still
stays locked. Is new caliper bad or am I doing
something wrong. Thanks for any help
