Lower truck with torsion bar

If I needed to lower my 2002 Dodge Ram
1500 1 1/2 “ to fit in my parkade is that
possible by adjusting torsion bar?

I would ask a suspension shop if they can lower it that much. They may have to re index the torsion bars to get it that low. I know cranking them up is a bad idea but not sure about lowering it.
