my 2002 ram 1500 4.7 quad cab all gauges work but no instrument cluster lights

my 2002 ram 1500 rwd 4.7 everything works except the instrument panel lights but the dimmer switch dims the odometer and the milage part of the cluster i already tried a new headlight switch not fixed i checked all the fuses that i found to be related with the cluster can you please let me know what to look for thank you.
