It is not the sensor I thought the same thing after replacing but i did get my light to go out if you use the 87 octane gas all the time start using the 93 octane gas now it took 10 tank fills and the check engine light going off and coming on 4 times but now light is out now using the middle grade gas instead of the 87 octane if you are in a hurry for check engine light to go off you can try a converter cleaner like cataclean read some good and bad reviews but mostly positive.

my idea, Is it a 4.7? 4.7 motors have a problem with head gaskets leaking coolant into the cylinders. this can cause bad readings and it will be such a small amount you won't know it. also the post o2 is only to tell you if the cat is doing its job. the cat may also be the problem. converters were only designed to run about 80000 miles and if you made it that far you were doing good. anyway the post o2 sensors don't affect the fuel mixture and if you don't have an emissions check just put black tape over the light. you can get it scanned from time to time from auto zone or O' Reilly to make sure there are no other problems. Just my opinion, hope it helps
