when i start car it overheats fans dont come on unless ac is on

not getting power to primary an relay even when car is hot.if i turn on ac it
cools down

if all is well replace the sending unit/sensor for the fans..do you have a auto zone/checker.pep boys ....near you??? ///the ac fan/ at the rad is telling you that fans ok..so.. change the temp/fan sensor...
